Prior to joining Roalson Interests in July 2007, Jim Guy led a very successful initial career with AT&T in a number of management positions in both Austin and San Antonio. His most recent assignment was with AT&T's Network Services division where he was responsible for the management of 80+ personnel in the design and infrastructure build out of AT&T network assets within the South Texas Market.

Mr. Egbert, a native of San Antonio, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from Texas A&M University. After earning his degree as a Distinguished Student, Jim Guy has completed half of the required course work for his MBA at the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jim Guy is a member of Oak Wood Baptist Church, a volunteer and Life Member of The San Antonio Livestock Exposition, a past volunteer and speaker for the Junior Achievement Foundation and has lead fundraising events for the United Way-San Antonio Chapter.
Jim Guy works closely with Eldon in servicing all client relationships of the firm.
